Jan Marie DeLipsey

Dr. DeLipsey, a nationally award winning artist, lives and works in northern New Mexico. Her landscapes of the West have been shown from California to New York and she has been a featured artist in several fine art collector national magazines.

Jan sees her paintings as a diary of a land and life she loves and honors. The West by horseback opens doors to out of the way and hard to reach places. Best of all, the West by horseback invites an intentional way of seeing and a meditative “soaking up” of the surrounds. Jan can most often be found at the easel or on horseback in the high desert mesas and mountains of the four corners states. of New Mexico, Arizona, Colorado and Utah.

Jan is a Master Emeritus artist with Women Artists of the West, a member of the California Art Club (out of state artist), International Guild of Realism, National Oil and Acrylics Painters’ Society and Oil Painters of America.
