artist retreats

During the months April through November 15, artists, writers, and photographers may apply for retreats at the Dixon property. Artists are expected to keep the property in such a condition to allow tours everyday with beds made, personal items stored and the kitchen free of litter and unwashed dishes etc. Automobiles must be parked at the back of the property near the restrooms and RV park. The make, model, state and license number will be recorded upon arrival A liability waiver will be signed upon arrival. Acceptance is left to the discretion of the foundation officers and their staff. A donation of $50 per person per day is expected. RV hook ups are also $50 per day. RV’s may not exceed 30 feet. You will be notified by email of acceptance.

Rules for participation

1. No non artists spouses or significant others
2. No pets or minor children
3. Retreats are for up to four days
5. Mandatory Administrative Fee $50
